South Padre Island, Texas is called the Sandcastle Capital of the World and is home to the SPI Sandcastle Trail & Sandcastle Days. It is a barrier island located on the Texas Gulf Coast. Port Isabel lies across the Queen Isabella Causeway from SPI and is situated on the south end of Laguna Madre, an estuary of the Gulf of Mexico.
San Antonio, the second largest city in Texas, was founded by Spanish explorers on May 5, 1718. Located in the Big Cedar Lodge compound, the Top of the Rock is the highest point in Taney County, near Branson, Missouri. From it, you can see unobstructed views of the Ozark Mountains and Table Rock Lake in the distance. The attraction offers a view of the beautiful, natural, side of the Branson area and its historic heritage.
